Over priced food and unhelpful staff.
Was told the Mother's Day creme tea wasn £16.95 for 8 finger sandwhiches, 4 scones and 4 cakes, went to pay to find out that this was actually for £16.95 per person, told our concerns to the manager, who informed us that someone had forgotten to add the 'per person' to the menu.
